Roxanna Kassam-Kara

Roxanna is a marketer with a vision – to help corporations and nonprofits partner together to advance social missions. Roxanna heads National Marketing & Communications for Ronald McDonald House Charities Canada. She was selected for the Women’s Executive Network Top 100 Mentorship Program, and has been recognized by Ronald McDonald House Charities Global as one of 49 Advancing Leaders from around the world.


Hisham Qaddoumi

Hisham is technology specialist in both AI and Cyber security. He started programming since he was 10 and has a great interest in film and Sci-Fi. He has been working on AI for more than 10 years. He is passionate about public speaking and raising awareness about technology and privacy especially regarding the roles of AI and cyber security in everyone’s modern life. He recently launched the free cyber security awareness site cytips.ca for all.


Franco Scanga

Franco Scanga is the Manager of Technology Assets at Ontario Tech University. Franco's professional IT experience spans across various industries, where he has lead strategic and operational activities focusing on the interrelationship between business and technology.

In 2016, Franco broke an audacious world record for the Most Speeches in 24 Hours as part of an innovative charitable event. The record challenged one of humankind's most innate fears - standing and sharing ideas. In doing so, he developed a unique framework for leaders to become more courageous and strategic thinkers. Franco continues to share his insight of constructive self-disruption and fearless leadership in the community and at industry events.


Ven Virah

As a management consultant and professional speaker, Ven Virah brings people together and encourages them to think differently. He exudes passion, vibrant energy and was coined by an executive as “Tony Robbins dipped in chocolate". Nabeel Rahman

Nabeel has a Masters of Arts in Immigration and Settlement with over 10 years of experience in community development. He has facilitated over 500 workshops in community engagement, intercultural awareness, and anger management. His career journey has taken him from a Youth Worker in low income neighborhoods to currently, a Community Development Specialist at the Town of Oakville.
